HOUSE RULES & GUEST POLICIES

 To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests,

 we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:


Doors & Windows

  • Guests are requested to keep doors and windows closed, particularly during the evening and nighttime, to prevent insects and pests from entering the premises. 
  • The management shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused by insects entering rooms due to doors or windows being left open. 

 

Hot Water

  • Hot water is supplied through a centralized heating system; individual geysers are not available in rooms. 
  • During peak usage hours, it may take a few minutes for hot water to reach your room. 
  • We appreciate your patience and cooperation in helping us conserve energy and water.


Towels & Linen

  • Fresh towels and linen are provided upon check-in. 
  • Additional towels, linen, pillows, blankets, or other amenities may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges. 
  • Guests are requested not to use bath towels for cleaning footwear, makeup removal, or other purposes that may cause permanent damage which will incur additional charges.

 

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping services are provided during designated hours. 
  • Guests are requested to allow housekeeping staff access to the room for routine cleaning and maintenance. 
  • Additional room cleaning requests outside regular housekeeping hours may be subject to availability and will incur additional charges.


Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and its furnishings in good condition throughout their stay. 
  • Any loss, damage, staining, or breakage of hotel property, fixtures, furnishings, or equipment will be charged accordingly. 


Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas of the property. 
  • Proper disposal of food waste is requested to avoid attracting insects and pests. 


Safety & Security

  • Please ensure that doors are securely locked when leaving the room. 
  • Management is not responsible for the loss of cash, valuables, or personal belongings left unattended. 


Quiet Hours

  • Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to ensure the comfort of all occupants. 


Service Charge

  • A mandatory 10% service charge will be added to all food and beverage bills. 
  • The service charge is distributed among our staff in recognition of their  service. 
  • This charge forms an integral part of the final bill and cannot be removed, waived, or adjusted. 


Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service, request compliance with house policies, or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct, property damage, illegal activities, or violations of these house rules. 



 We appreciate your cooperation and wish you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 

dining Rules & Regulations:

Meal Timings:

  • Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Dinner: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Snacks and beverages are available from 

              4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.


Order Timing:

  • Lunch orders must be placed by 11:00 AM.
  • Dinner orders must be placed by 5:00 PM.


  • Note: Guests are requested to place orders in advance to ensure timely delivery. 

Custom Menu Options:

  •  We offer a fixed menu with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
  •  Many of our dishes can be customized to suit your dietary needs. Please feel free to ask! 
  •  All chicken served in our dishes is 100% halal. 
  •  Special requests or dishes outside the menu must be made 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Charges and Payment:

  • The food prices are listed in the menu.
  • Payment must be settled at the time of checkout.
  • Extra charges may apply for customized meals or additional orders during the stay.

Cancellation:

  • Meal orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled mealtime. Any cancellation after this period will incur a 50% charge of the total order.

Food Allergies:

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or before placing a food order.

Alcohol Policy:

  • Alcoholic beverages are not served on the property.
  • Guests may bring their own alcohol, but consumption is only allowed in designated areas.

Smoking Policy:

  •  For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas within the property.
  • Ashtrays are available upon request. Please contact our staff, who will be happy to provide an ashtray and direct you to the designated smoking areas.
  • Guests are kindly requested not to smoke in balconies, corridors, or any other non-designated areas, as smoke and odors may disturb fellow guests and negatively impact their experience.
  • A fine may be imposed for any violation of this policy.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all guests.

Special Occasions:

  • For special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, we can arrange custom cakes, special menus, or themed setups. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Children’s Meals:

  • A special kid's menu is available for younger guests. Please inquire with the staff for options.

Additional Decorations and Requests:

  • Decorations, customized arrangements, or any special setups are available upon request and will incur additional charges.
  • Guests are encouraged to inform us at the time of Booking to ensure availability and proper arrangements.
