Doors & Windows
- Guests are requested to keep doors and windows closed, particularly during the evening and nighttime, to prevent insects and pests from entering the premises.
- The management shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused by insects entering rooms due to doors or windows being left open.
Hot Water
- Hot water is supplied through a centralized heating system; individual geysers are not available in rooms.
- During peak usage hours, it may take a few minutes for hot water to reach your room.
- We appreciate your patience and cooperation in helping us conserve energy and water.
Towels & Linen
- Fresh towels and linen are provided upon check-in.
- Additional towels, linen, pillows, blankets, or other amenities may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are requested not to use bath towels for cleaning footwear, makeup removal, or other purposes that may cause permanent damage which will incur additional charges.
Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping services are provided during designated hours.
- Guests are requested to allow housekeeping staff access to the room for routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Additional room cleaning requests outside regular housekeeping hours may be subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
Property Care
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and its furnishings in good condition throughout their stay.
- Any loss, damage, staining, or breakage of hotel property, fixtures, furnishings, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
Food & Beverages
- Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas of the property.
- Proper disposal of food waste is requested to avoid attracting insects and pests.
Safety & Security
- Please ensure that doors are securely locked when leaving the room.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of cash, valuables, or personal belongings left unattended.
Quiet Hours
- Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to ensure the comfort of all occupants.
Service Charge
- A mandatory 10% service charge will be added to all food and beverage bills.
- The service charge is distributed among our staff in recognition of their service.
- This charge forms an integral part of the final bill and cannot be removed, waived, or adjusted.
Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, request compliance with house policies, or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct, property damage, illegal activities, or violations of these house rules.
